About AstraCore

AstraCore is the product brand of Astracore EOOD (Астракор ЕООД), a Bulgarian software company registered in 2012 and headquartered in Sozopol.

We build and deploy AI-powered software for customer communication and business operations: AI chat and Viber Business messaging (Astra.Chat), AI voice agents and PBX (Astra.Voice), helpdesk and ticketing (Astra.Helpdesk), CRM (Astra.CRM), ERP (Astra.ERP) and call center analytics (Astra.Analytics).

Every product is deployed, configured and supported by our own team, from the first workshop to go-live and ongoing support. In production, Astra.Voice handles real customer calls in Bulgarian for Comnet, one of Bulgaria's largest internet service providers.

All customer data is stored and processed within the European Union, and we help clients access EU digitalization grants that can co-finance up to 70% of eligible software investments.
